FIVEGRAB LTD provides scientific diagrams, chemical structures, and digital assets through a flexible download-based system.

• Downloads are purchased in “Plans” (Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond).
• 1 Available Download unit equals 1 successful asset download.
• Downloads are linked to your unique account ID and are non-transferable.
• Unused downloads expire at the end of the plan’s duration and do not carry over.

All digital assets, scientific models, and content available on FiveGrab are the exclusive intellectual property of FIVEGRAB LTD.

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FIVEGRAB LTD reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our security protocols.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of Available Downloads are final once an asset download has been initiated. Refunds are only considered in cases of proven technical failure of the platform where the service was not rendered.

Automated “scraping”, mass-downloading, or the use of bots to harvest our scientific library is strictly forbidden. Any such activity will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund and potential legal action.

While we strive for scientific and technical accuracy in our diagrams and chemical models, users are responsible for verifying data before implementation in critical research or manufacturing. FIVEGRAB LTD is not liable for any consequences resulting from data interpretation.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
