1. Legal Agreement
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and FIVEGRAB LTD (Company Number 17125380). If you do not agree with the terms, you must not access our Services.
2. User Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for maintaining account security. False information may result in immediate termination of access to our scientific library.
- Accuracy: You must provide complete registration data.
- Monitoring: We reserve the right to review and verify new accounts.
- Liability: FIVEGRAB LTD is not liable for unauthorized use of your credentials.
3. Service Description & Credit System
FiveGrab operates on a Subscription and Credit-Based Model for digital technical assets:
- Download Units: One successful download equals one unit deduction.
- Re-downloads: Available within 24 hours of initial download if the plan is active.
- Expiration: Monthly credits do not roll over unless specified in Enterprise plans.
4. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license. You MAY NOT resell, redistribute, or share original source files on third-party marketplaces.
5. Billing and Payments
Fees are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Payoneer. We reserve the right to suspend access if payment fails or is contested fraudulently.
6. Digital Download & Refund Policy
Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital products, FIVEGRAB LTD operates a strict No-Refund Policy once a digital asset has been accessed or downloaded.
The “Point of No Return”
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel and request a refund for digital content expires the moment the download process begins.
- No Returns: Once a file (PSD, AI, Vector, or CAD) is downloaded, it cannot be “returned,” therefore no refund can be issued.
- Usage Tracking: We log all download timestamps and IP addresses as proof of digital consumption.
- Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if requested within 14 days AND zero (0) files have been downloaded from the platform.
By clicking “Download” or “Unlock,” you explicitly waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period for that specific digital product.
7. Prohibited Use & Security
- No Scraping: Automated access to the website is strictly forbidden.
- No IP Sharing: Accessing one account from multiple geographic locations simultaneously may trigger a security lock.
8. Limitation of Liability
Assets are for design purposes. While we strive for technical accuracy, users must verify scientific models for manufacturing or critical applications.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold FIVEGRAB LTD harmless from any claims arising from your willful misconduct or breach of license terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
