General Questions
What is the “Available Download” system?
It’s a flexible way to access our premium scientific library. Instead of purchasing assets individually, you subscribe to a plan that provides a specific number of “Available Downloads”, allowing you to get high-quality files at a significantly reduced cost per item.
Is there a limit on how many files I can download?
The only limit is your current Available Download balance. For example, if you are on the Gold Plan with 30 downloads, you can grab any 30 premium scientific diagrams or periodic tables from our marketplace.
Purchasing & Plans
Which plan is best for my research?
• Starter Plan: Perfect for a one-time project or a single specific chemical diagram.
• Platinum or Diamond Plans: Best for academic institutions, labs, or professional designers who need constant access to high-end vector assets with maximum savings.
Can I use my downloads on any asset?
Yes! Your Available Downloads are universal. They can be used for any asset in our library, including Chemistry kits, spectroscopy data, or technical vector illustrations.
Technical Details
What happens if I lose my downloaded file?
You can always access your previously downloaded files from your account dashboard under the “Downloads” section. Re-downloading the same file does not consume any additional Available Downloads.
Are the assets editable?
Yes, our assets are provided in industry-standard vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) as well as High-Res PNG. This ensures they are fully scalable and compatible with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and even presentation software like PowerPoint.
Security & Legal
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. As a registered UK company (**FIVEGRAB LTD**), we use SSL-encrypted payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal). We never store your sensitive card information on our servers.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. We recommend reviewing the product preview and technical specifications before initiating a download.
