Thank you for choosing FIVEGRAB LTD. As a provider of premium scientific diagrams and digital assets, we are committed to compliance with UK consumer protection laws and international digital trade standards.

1. Nature of Digital Content

All products sold on fivegrab.com are digital assets (Vector files, AI/EPS scripts, and scientific diagrams). According to UK Consumer Rights, digital content is considered “consumed” once the download has been initiated or the access key has been generated.

2. Refund Eligibility & Window

Unused Downloads 14-day refund window from purchase date, provided that zero (0) Available Downloads have been used.

Used Downloads Once a single file download is initiated, the entire plan becomes non-refundable.

3. Technical Integrity Guarantee

We ensure that our scientific assets meet the highest technical standards. If you encounter a corrupted file or technical error:

Contact our technical support via info@fivegrab.com within 48 hours.
Our team will attempt to fix the file or provide an alternative within 3 business days.
If the technical issue cannot be resolved, a full refund or unit replacement will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Request Method: Please email us with your Order ID and account email.
Currency: Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (GBP/USD).
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Disputes & Fraud Prevention

We encourage users to reach out to us directly for any billing concerns. Note: Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may lead to permanent account suspension.

Fraud Policy: We actively monitor for “Friendly Fraud”. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will result in the immediate revocation of all digital licenses and reporting to relevant fraud prevention agencies.
